P0446 = EVAPORATIVE EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM VENT CONTROL CIRCUIT
These codes are often caused by a loose (or leaky) gas cap. Try clearing the DTC's and tighten your gas cap to see if this will address the problem.
Please note that there are 4 types of OBDII codes:
• P = Powertrain
• B = Body
• C = Chassis
• U = Undefined
So, P0441 and P0446 are DTC's for the Powertrain that caused the "Check Engine" light to come on. They probably had nothing to do with your "Check VSC" (Vehicle Stability Control) light.
The "Check VSC" has its own set of DTC's, which belongs to the "C" group as follows:
Most OBDII readers can only read the "P" DTC's, and cannot read the "C" DTC's.
