I am trying to get the complete detailed service history of my car so I know how to plan for the future service of the car. Recently I bought a used 2004 LS430 with 42,000 miles on it and still under factory warranty from a small dealer who specializes in luxury cars. I took it to my local Lexus Dealer to see if I could get a copy of the service records. I had the dealer print off the service history that included the op code and description. My problem is that on many of the r/o numbers the report contained an op code but with an "unknown" description for the op code. Since the prior services were not performed at the local dealer I was at, they did not want to go to the hassle to go through the list. They said it would take a long time to compile that information. Does anyone know were I can get a list of the lexus service op codes with descriptions of what each code means. Does anyone know what the Cond. and type mean on the service history report? The report contained the following column report headings:

Vin: Year Model, Color, DOFU

R/O No., Date, Service Adv., Cond , Type, Mileage ,Op Code ,C, Description

dofu is the date it went into service
ro no is the repiar order number
serv adv is the service advisor
cond is the complaint or reason it was in
type is warrty , customer pay or internal
op code is the code for what was performed
c is for cost
descprition follows the op code, it might not what be what was actually done
if you have any op codes in question, post them and i will decifer for you.

000000 IS NOTHING
420991 IS FOR TIRES
000989 IS FOR MAINT
883991 IS FOR A/C
EL5051 IS A CAMPAIGN
4623J1 IS FOR CURTAIN AIRBAG?
