My understanding no.

If you have the plastic piece up front, you've got radar cruise and PCS option

If you have the smaller piece in the lower grill, you've got laser cruise and no PCS.

I dont think thats a police detector.. cant see anything iin the interior which would show tthat i have it. Also it was refurbished from Japan before coming to Dubai, where I bought.
