This is my second navtool unit. Had one in my previous car and just got one hooked up to my LS. I do see a visible line as if the screen is fuzzy it isn't as clear as it was when I hooked it up to my TL. Has anyone had/have this issue that can shine some light for a fix?

I didn't know that only a few LS owners use navtool seeing no responses. Well hopefully I do hear some suggestions. I did hear back from navtool and they replied with a pretty weak response stating.

" Are the lines there when car is running or always, in lexus some white video noise is unavoidable, if you have litel white lines running there is nothing that can be done, it just what happens when you add aftermarket video source to lexus, lines should not appear on navigation image

As I connected custom headrest that feeds from the front nav unit there is noticeable lines there as well. Apologize for the blurry front shot. But you can clearly see what my issue is...
