For those that bad mouth the UL, the rear air conditioner in the UL negates any need for film. The rear blind and the rear side blinds with the rear A/C is more than adequate to keep the rear passenger in total comfort. And I live in Phonex, where we experience some of the hottest temperature in the nation.

I'm not getting tint for rear seat passenger comfort. I'm getting it to protect the interior all around, and for UV protection and to prevent the side of my face an my right arm from feeling hot from direct sunlight while I'm driving.
The UL does nothing to fix either. And tint is way cheaper than replacing one air strut.
