or Yet Another SubWoofer Fix. I picked up a small bottle of something called Liquid Electrical Tape to see if it would work to fix the degraded subwoofer surround. I applied two moderate coats to the speaker over a couple days. It works beautifully! The bass is tight with NO buzzing like before. It might be a little easier to apply and smell better than rubber cement.
