Subwoofer box tipped over and hit the corner of the box.Therre is now a hole in Cone. Speaker still sounds good however is there anyway we can patch that hole and not compromise the sound?? I do not want to replace entire sub speaker.
Yes, the speaker can be repaired. How big of a hole is it? Is the material from the hole still attached or detached or lost? Of course a picture is worth a thousand words.

The hole in the dust cap is a non-issue unless it goes all the way through the cone.
On the rubber surrount, silicone or Plumber's Goop (my favorite) will work. Patch it from the back side so it doesn't look bad. Use a rubber glove to keep from getting sticky stuff all over your hand.
Silicone and Goop type products only work on rubber surrounds. Foam and neoprene will sometimes melt when touched by those substances. In that case you would need a latex caulk. DAP makes some good ones.
