As mentioned, I had some issues with my purchased 2002 ls 430 left side door mirror. It wouldn't fold, so I read nearly all of the posts that mentioned side mirror issues, and thought my issue was explained. I was wrong, cause the posts I'd read dealt with a 2001 ls 430, so when I tried prying my mirror from the bottom, it broke. Not quite sure, but I think I needed to pry from the outer side section of the mirror. I also noticed that the motor for folding is encased; not open like the post showed. Now, I'm hoping someone has learned my lesson, and has a solution, or at the least, can give me a parts number for buying just the mirror part. Also, if there's no info on fixing the motor part, then what would the cost be to replace the inner section of the motor and mirror?
