This question is directed more towards the folks with Ultra package cars although it may have some appeal to base and Premium owners as well. Given that some of you have been here for quite some time and y'all have seen just about every modification that has and can be done, my question is this; has anyone ever attempted to cover their dash in leather to go along with the extended leather trim found in an Ultra? My last car was an 02 BMW M5 that was completely bathed in leather. Every surface on the interior that could be covered with leather was, including the dash. The Ultra comes close but looks incomplete to me. It looks sorta odd to cover the center console, the doors and the glove box, and then to stop at the dash. I know there are some exceptional interior trim people here in the USA and here in Dallas. I was just wondering with all of you guys/gals who have tried just about everything, if someone has attempted this mod? Any ideas, feedback or input would be welcomed.
