Default Suspension Related Issue

I took this picture and I am sure what I am looking at is not pretty. It looks easy to change. Any opinions?

get new stab links and bushings if you're extra-vigilant. perhaps rear bushings of lower control arms (big ones), if these weren't replaced previously. this may save an extra alignment... but if they look ok with no visible surface defects - leave them be.

add: get ONLY toyota original part! ls430 is heavy, and any non-original suspension part will break in first 48hrs after installing! been thru that with stab links, rod ends, front stab bushings. rod end off ebay torn after i rolled out of the service station. i'm lucky it didn't competlely popped, that could've lead to serious accident. never again anything non toyota regarding the suspension (and elsewhere actually).
