Exclamation odometer Ls430

Hi

I have aproblem in my Lexus LS430

I wash my car inside

after that

The odometer miss the milage it be 0 and the RPM and speed gauge is not wark and also the alarms it change to japan languge

can any one help me

You must have pressed the trip and reset buttons for the odometer while you were cleaning the dash.

Please inform me on how I can too turn on "Japanese Mode!"

Too cool.... not so much the speedometer or tac.... But mileage wise... must be nice to own a mint LS with 0 Miles!

Good luck with this extremely strange problem.... And heres to everyone learning Japanese!

welcom

no i didnt pric to anything and the odometer it was formating

and i visit some workshop they said the problem inside the odometer display there is some AC damage or disconnect . after that the car forget the data

you can wash your car from inside and you will get this problem

Sorry guys,
I had to write in Arabic just to give our friend the idea in the quickest way possible.

I just referred him to a person that I know of that can help him. Because basically what happened is, due to some electric shortage, the car lost it's factory programming, and that can be restored by an OBDII connector and some software.

I was swap the odometer with other car

it back to normal

That is mean problem in my odometer

how can I replace it or reset it ??

How much water did you use? Maybe you shorted out the electronics in the vehicle somewhere.
The odometer should never reset to zero.
