You must have punched a hole in it. I have 90K on my UL. No problems. I'd stick with OEM just because I think they are good quality. Different mufflers on each side doesn't appeal to me.

 

No holes at all.....although it sounds like it................the (baffling?) inside has a problem........outside looks like new.
There is no aftermarket.........2004 w/6 speed.........only year and make that has no aftermarket.......actually called Wagner and they confirmed for their line.............every LS30 OK except for my model........but no one can tell me why.
Again....not happy that an OEM muffler fails at 60k......oh well.

 

Try taking it off, cutting it open and fixing it then having it welded back together. Might be a lot cheaper.

 

Try checking the classified in here. Maybe some that did a exhaust swap might be willing to sell theirs

I don't think there are any OEM mufflers in the classifieds section at the moment. I'll be posting mine from my 05 here once I get my custom exhaust built in the next few weeks.

 

HLIPPY4: I am looking to upgrade my mufflers in the next month... could possibly work out a deal to sell you my OEMs... Was thinking about holding onto them but if i can help a fellow member out and perhaps help pay for part of the new ones... Id be interested lol.

 

If it fits that might work..........needs to fit exact part no from 04 ls430 w/6 speed.....part No. above........please let me know.
