Default Front door courtesy light cover

My courtesy light cover on the bottom of my front passenger door has decided it didn't want to be a part of the car anymore. 2 of the plastic clips that hold it in have broken off. I was wondering if anyone knew the part number or better yet where I can buy another one. I searched Sewell and couldn't really find a definitive answer, but my guess would be part # 81231 (which I did not see listed as a part you can buy). I know this forum is a wealth of knowledge so thanks in advance for all your replies. Pics will be included for extra clarification.

Btw, this is the first item that's broken on my LS ever since getting it 2.5 yrs ago

If I were you, I would call Sewell Lexus Parts and/or your local Lexus dealer. From my Google searches, P/N 81231 is not the complete part number for your 2004 LS. I THINK the correct and complete part number is 81231-50050.

^Thanks a lot, from the google images it appears to be right. But you're right, I should consult the dealership before attempting to buy one. Will ask next time the car is in for a service. Thanks again!

Could you get one from a parts yard? You know where they part out cars?

Just wanted to thank you again. Went on Sewell and entered the exact part number looks like it's correct for the LS430.

Post pics of your car. Did you do anything to it in these 2.5 years?

Nah it's still completely stock. Car has been flawless so I really haven't felt the need to change anything. I did want OEM 18in 5 spokes for a while but I got pretty busy with school and gave up on those. Car is not with me right now (took the AWD here) but will post some pics when I get back home
