Default Rolldown window question

So I have been wondering this for some time now and haven't done anything about it.....I tried to search but i was unsuccessful. I was wondering if any one knows of a way to change the fact that the sunroof opens as well as the windows when holding down the lock button on my keys. I want my windows to roll down but i don't really like that my sun roof opens. Does any one know a way to get that part to not happen or do i just have to live with it??

sunroof should be the last thing that opens, let go of the button a bit earlier

Thats cool...but not really what I was looking for. The sun roof opens about the same time and I just kind of don't want it to happen at all. So far the only thing I have found is if I use the tilt it wont move but id rather not have to leave my sunroof open all the time.

I want it to work just not when I am using the key to drop the windows. All I want is for my windows to drop and my sun roof stay closed when i hit the unlock button twice. I thought it was a reasonable request

Not possible it's a c best setting rolls down all windows and opens sunroof same with the Gs . You can have dealer disable the function that's about it. Look up the FAQ thread under c best setting list

Yes, it is possible and is controlled through the cbest settings. Default setting is for the sunroof to slide open, and you can change this to either tilt open or remain closed.

A guy I know alters my cbest settings for free, so I've played around with it pretty extensively.

I usually leave my sunroof tilted up all the time and have the inside cover closed... If you do that and hold down your button to make windows go down.. the sunroof will stay in the tilted position and not do anything..

I use the feature all the time when i get outta work to let the hot air out of the car and i throw my work bag in the back seat before getting in.. Kind looks like im showing off... Oh well

TX has 100+ degree temps all the time in the summer

Does anyone know which fuse box has the sunroof? I was thinking about getting my cbest changed so that remote opens windows but not the roof. I never open the roof so I'd be fine with just pulling the fuse.

Default Sunroof fuse

I found the fuse. The sunroof fuse is in the trunk, left side floor. It is 30 amp and removing it disables the sunroof with no other impact. The unlock on the remote then opens the windows but not the roof.
