i had a chip repaired when i had allstate... cost me $70... the insurance agent said it shouldn't affect my premium but lo and behold, the very next billing cycle my premium went up considerably... only 2 claims in 20 yrs and they go and whack me like that... very disappointed...
i now have geico and they're a bit lower but then again i haven't made any claims since i had them in a few years...
get it repaired.
