My 2005 LS430 has a blower motor that needs to be replaced. Does anyone know how to do this? I know its behind the glove box, but how do I replace it?

 

Dunno, but I had mine replaced last week...blower had a bad internal contact, wouldn't turn on when it was 108F outside (117 inside). If it weren't for the rear AC blower in the trunk and vented seats, I would have died on the way to the dealer.
