Default Easy Quiz

What problems do you spot with this listing? I see 2. I emailed the dealer to see what they have to say.

It's not UL, that's for sure. When you look at the center console buttons, it doesn't have all the UL buttons.

Plus, I don't see any pictures of the rear center handrest, but that would tell the whole story.

Yep, that's one. The non-UL hint for me was that the trunk was too deep.

One more to find.

the actual mileage on the odo reads 3 higher than the mileage in the ad

so are you saying that there is another error or another non UL determining factor? are we playing spot why this is not a UL?

No, the other issue does not have to do with it being a CL or UL. However, you're sniffing up the right tree when you mention the odo.

Car fax has last recorded mileage at 46,000 and the ad says 28,000.

Bingo! One of the pics also shows 28K on some odo. I wonder what the story is.

Non UL since... there are no buttons near the rear door handles (INSIDE) those are for the memory seats in the rear...and hinges for the side door sunshade... I didnt read the carfax mileage ... that is a big one. Did you check the VIN...maybe they linked the wrong car's carfax to this one...

wow, either really old pics and misleading ad = shady dealership, or they are running some illegal operations.

The dealer called this morning and stated that the listed mileage is correct and the carfax must be a typo. He also said the car is a modern luxury level. (Oops, still wrong.)

I'm passing on this one. I'm targeting a 30K 05-06 CL or ML in late winter / early spring.

It seems as if this wasn't the only misleading ad they have up:

Is there something besides the unattibuted use of stock photos showing a black car instead of silver? (Sorry, I don't know BMWs.)

it's a 760 (V12)

This time, the buyer is getting more than what's advertised
Too bad it's the wrong picture.
