Under Engine Cover?
I replaced mine recently since I am a stickler for detail and my original had scratches on it from the PO. I went ahead and purchased mine from the dealer. Got a little discount on it, but still paid around $150 for it.
I have my original one if yours is so bad off you would consider a used one.
Actually, most folks would consider the original one to be in very good shape.

I don't plan on scraping it. If it does scrape, that means my bumper was scraped as well, and that would be even more of a bummer. I know, it is bound to happen, but I can wish can't I?

BTW, when I first purchased the car, I immediately replaced the four rubber undercarriage deflectors (not sure what they are called) that are at all four corners next to the wheel wells.
Ah, those two... what the heck are they for? Can't be mini-mud flaps because they surely don't deflect anything.
