hey im thinking about trading my 01 ls430 in for a o6 gs300. the problems are 90k tune up, i need some suspension work done. the dealer wants to give me 17k for it and i own 20k. not sure on what i should do need major help by weekend.

Unfortunately for us the LS430 wholesale value is dropping so fast, but good for those looking to get one. That's how it. You can easily get upside down on the value if you bought is last year before the drop in prices. You did not say which package is your LS but it would only really be +/- $1000 in wholesale price for that year.

05' UL package
This 05' UL with 44,000 miles asking price $27,500. Black in black with very good condition, new tires, new brakes, private seller (2nd owner) with all service records from Lexus dealer. My question: what is the lower/upper price I should offer? I already talked to him over the phone and got high resolution pictures. This toy looks awsome but I need to see it in person soon.
