Why...
Please pardon my ignorance. Why do some want to deliberately "tilt" the wheels? The cars thereof are about to collapse at the first glance.
If those cars were to be driven in Houston, the bumpers would have been ruined within a day of driving .....

Most of the cars you see like that have air suspension so they sit that way when parked, but are raised when driving.

They tilt them to fit a bigger wheel in the fenders. They are raised up before shifting out of park so the gap is bigger but the tilt (it's called camber) is still there. I don't care for the look personally.
