Thank you it’s been a fun challenge finding these parts and then restoring them to OEM specifications as well mounting them as intended from the factory. The lip kit and body/paint not including installation cost as much as a complete authentic full kit 😂

Yeah def harder to find an OEM one. It’s too bad the companies are making rep ones but it is what it is. The OEM one is made out of Polypropylene same material as the bumper since it’s a Toyota part. Very durable abs flexible but can be damaged easily if you hit a curb, etc. on the front lip for example. Can be repaired though like my front lip. We repaired it by having the damaged area cut out, new plastic welded in and flexible filler. It’s a process but can be repaired if done right by a reputable body shop. When I got this kit it had three different layers of silver from Japan lol at the body shop we stripped it all the way back to the original material to start from scratch and restore it properly. I’ll post more detailed pics of the installation process soon.

How was the installation process? I thought about saving up for an Artisian Spirits front lip or even a full body kit.

Recently picked up an 06 LS430 with 73K miles on her, having previously owned a SC300 and LS400 I am moving up in the world, lol
Went badgeless with the front grille. Installed USA SPEC bluetooth audio adapter, interior LED lights, front/rear dash cam.
Next up - TINT, TINT, TINT! Really not digging the "fishbowl mode"

Awesome looking car. Always wanted this color combo but had to settle for moonlight pear/saddle My next upgrade is front and rear dash cam, did you install this yourself? How was the install and is it hard wired to your cigarette lighter?

Yes, i wired it myself, hardwire kit off Amazon, plugs into a fuse panel, i went with passenger side.
Its not hard to do, just used one of the plastic pry tools to push the wires behind the trim pieces.

New to CL and just bought this LS 2 months ago. I’ve had later model big body cars and they don’t compare. Would love some advice on wheels though. There’s some nice work wheels for sale that I’m looking at but have no idea as to how they’ll fit. They are 20x10.5 (rear) and 20x9.5 (front) with 0 offset all around. Anybody on here have similar fitment with nothing to minimum guard work? Plz let me know. Thanks
