Well I can't pull up the picture right now, but there are some LS430's out there that are what you call "Custom Luxary" like mine, which I have everything an UL has except for the back seat controls, and the 2 rear window shades on the 2 back doors, but I do have the one in the rear winshield window.

 

these still have the fridge, air ride, suede top, Rear AC (with the fridge), and any thing else I'm missing.

 

Laser cruise, PCS(04'up), side/rear sun shades, rear seats heat/masage/recline, rear vanity mirrors(04'up).
