How many miles do YOU have on your LS430? (The Mother thread)
Please state the year, mileage, how many miles you've put on it since you've owned it, and any major problems you've had with the car.
I'll start:
2004
84,200
I've put 3k on her myself
No major problem yet!
I wonder if anyone else on here has more miles on an 04+? I'm planning on driving this one to 200k+

mine is 2004 also
Mine is a 2004 also
It now has 68000 miles.
I have had it for 6 months and have put 3000 miles on it.
My only problem so far id the rain sensor on the front windshield, just behind the rear-view mirror. I have to remount it.

87000 and still going strong.
Put on 9000 miles since I got it and had 3 concerns,
tensioner pulleys became a bit noisey
subwoofer went bad
ECT and suspension switch does not illuminate at night
Other than that, PERFECT car!!!! Take that trip with confidence. I have recently driven to North Carolina. She drove like no other car I have owned!!!

2004 LS430U got it just a few weeks ago with 46,300. Put ~600 miles on it since. Only problem was the bad sensor related to previous owner. Just replaced the AC filter today (yuck!) but other than that the car is PERFECT. Love it.

03 UL 430 - 27K miles (bought it new)
Problem: Front Drivers side seat track needed to be 're-built' (seat bottom was moving around a little). Done, no questions asked at the dealer under warranty.
No other problems.

2001 UL 430 - 32,500 miles.
Other than a bad air suspension strut in right rear and tilt wheel making noise, both were replaced under warranty, it has been a great car. The bad strut, or whatever they call the air bag unit, made the car ride rough (actually installed chrome 16" wheels to soften the ride). This strut would also allow the car to settle an inch or two after a few weeks of non-use. Once replaced, the car rode very well.

2004 Ultra, 38,000 miles I've put on 1500 miles is the last 1.5 months since I bought it. I figure that I will average about 1000 miles/month so this will be a perfect car for my 3 year old when he turns 16.
Too bad I have not shown him and his little brother all the Ultra buttons on the backseat armrest or they would be covered in peanut butter. The side window shades keep them busy the few times that I end up taking them in my car.
