Already got it reparied. Labor + Parts + tax = 205$ or so.
Seems like some interior parts are scratched and the frame for the window was bent from the force needed to shatter the glass.

Oh, I guess we didn't get the thicker laminated glass then, the place we ordered from didn't even ask what kind of LS430 we had. It's a Ultra Lux.
Someone broke into the car and stole my moms purse while it was parked outside the New Territory Club (a local residence complex, it's got tennis courts, pools, gyms, basketball courts, etc.,) in broad daylight.
I'll probably place a few bucks that it was a bunch of stupid teenagers.

also, if it's not the laminated glass, then it's thinner and only one layer rather than two, so it's more noisy

sha4000: It's the stupid little things that make Lexus perfect, and it's the stupid little things that mess up your day.
rominl: I'll double check on the glass, but what is done is done.
Perhaps I'll save money on my own end and get a new door + glass purchased for my mom, but I have other priorities as well. The car runs perfectly fun and it's used as a grocery getter.
