Difference between '01 and '04+?
Im deciding whether or not I want to get an LS430. Anyway, I 'm looking at bodykits, and they all specify either 01-03 or 04+. What are the differences between the two? Thanks

Physical differences are headlights, front and rear bumpers, hood, fenders, tail lights, and trunk.

Here you go:
01-03: Grill seems smaller
Headlights are different, angular towards the grill
Foglights are round
Amber rear tail lights
04-05 Bigger grill
Rounded inner headlights
Rectangular fogs
White/red tail lights
Here's an 01-03, I only have 1 picture

Here you go. You can see the tailight color difference and even how the headlights got bigger and kind of how the fogs are different.

Oh I see now. Hmmm kinda like Mercedes did w/ the E class between 99 and 00-02.
So other than that, it seems that there is a negligible difference really....
Is the interior the same?
Engine?
Are there more bodykits available for 04+ than <04?

I'm also interested in an '01-'02 (price mainly) and haven't noticed any interior differences. If there are any, I'd be curious to know also. looking at ebay pics and Lexus site info there doesnt appear to be any interior i.e. dash changes.

I was originally looking for an '01, but ended up getting an '03 so I could have the perforated/cooled seats without going to UL. (Plus I found a perfect '03 for a good deal.)

04+ models are also bigger than 01-03 models, but its not dramatic
