Default 21" lowered??

someone asked me earlier today if he can lower his 2004 Ls430 with 21" Lowenhart LD1's. Does anybody know if he can? Will he have to roll his fenders?? he bought his rims from superbuytires.com and they told him that car can fit up to a 21" and that there would be a little room left to lower it by maybe a half an inch or so...

I hope he's not planning on having any passengers or cargo in the car......those are overkill bigtime!!

First off...21 are pretty big.

He will need to roll fenders depending on offset. But in experience most 21's are 9.5" wide or more.

1/2" drop will probably be all he can handle.

Good luck.

I like the Idea of 21s and a drop, plus your talking my wheels that I hve on 2000 LS with a drop. Don't worry if you can only go 1.5, it's more than enough trust me.

Thanks jsmoov24 but I still got alot of things to do.
I like that LS430 on 21s, maybe we can get someone to photoshop a lowering on that car. They can use my car as an example to see how low to go with 1.5 inches.
