It looks like a clay or plastic mock up model to me.
But I have to say it is a pretty interesting look

Yes, the details are amazing.
Too bad he/she blacked out the windows, it would be Awesome if we can see a custom interior!!

btw, if anyone is interested in building a 1/24 LS430. Aoshima makes a great kit, maybe not as accurate as Tamiya, but still pretty darn good.
