So I purchased this knock sensor and harness for my 2003 ls430 online
The previous owners of that same vehicle gave good reviews to the seller.The description said knock sensor and harness for Ls430 2001-2003.
Are you guys cutting the ends to make it fit.Maybe cutting the ends to make it fit?

What did the old knock sensors look like?
What part number did the seller reference for the wiring harness?
This one is tricky as the old style sensor (8961530080) shows fitment for 2001 to 2003 430's, and the new style sensor (8961506010) shows fitment to 2003 to 2006 430's.
2003 must be the transition year, so look at the old sensors to determine which you have. This will tell you which wiring harness part number to look for.

No part numbers given.This was the exact title of the ad with a picture of the sensors and the harness.Mind you I read the reviews of people who bought this sasme sensor and harness for this exact same car and they were good. So did this ebay seller buy fake reciews for this particular item? "2 Pcs Knock Sensor+Wire Harness Kit Front Complete Fits 2001-2003 Lexus LS430"
The reviews are obviously meaningless.

I doubt anyone here can assist your situation from a pic of an incorrect, and more importantly, unknown part.
Find the correct wiring harness based on the type of knock sensor your car has and buy the correct Toyota/Lexus part.
The correct part on ebay might be the around the same cost and you should be able to return this one. They provide pictures and just make sure it looks like yours. If can't return and don't want to buy correct part then just make it work but make sure wiring is correct.
I couldnt install the harness but I used the knock sensors and the knock sensor codes have not come on in 40 miles.I was in there to change the starter
