Tunes

What tunes do you guys have done and how do you like it? Are there any tunes that help you get better mpg? Like with my dads diesel truck his tune gives him 60 ft tq and he gets about 2 mpg better also. If anyone has any suggestions or info thatd be awesome, Thank you!
