I have a persistent P0136 code.

Initially, the code came on while driving, coupled with an evap incorrect purge flow (p0441 I believe) code. The car has had the p0441 code before, as it had popped the evap line off the filter in the engine bay once or twice before this. I mention this for context in case it matters.

I went ahead and installed a new bank 1 downstream O2 sensor to deal with the p0136 and a new evap filter and some new evap hose to replace the cracked and dry rotted mess there.

The car did not throw a code on my way to work this morning (~16mi one way), and waited till about half way home this afternoon to throw the p0136 again. The wiring looked good while I was installing the new Denso sensor. Could there be a fuse or something causing this issue?
