anyone know what this code means? Do i need to replace my TPS sensor?

What Year, Model and Mileage you have?
How did the code first appear, were there any repairs done?

Check all the connections under the hood, those sensors are usually pretty resilient, at least I am yet to see a failed one, though could be that you just got lucky.
