Default Oil leak

Just found this oil leak under my 2003 model. Oil, coolant, power steering and brake fluid levels are all ok. Where is it likely coming from?

Could be almost anywhere as the belly covers deflect the oil that falls.
Valve cover seals, poorly fitted oil filter, split crush washer on the sump plug, engine dipstick seal, and a few more I can't remember right now.
You will need to get the plastic belly covers off and trace where the oil is coming from that way.
Sometimes the only way is to clean the entire underside, cover everything in a layer of Talcum powder, and then run her until she leaks some more.

Floor jack stands.. and start wiping things down if you can't find the source. clean the inside of the cover too.

Valve cover gaskets most likely. Can tighten bolts but eventually loosen again.

Valve cover gaskets you will smell burning oil because they drip right on the exhaust manifolds.

Wash everything down from top to bottom. Can be anywhere. Start from there. Valve cover gaskets, dip stick O ring, oil level sender, lower oil pan, rear main, ( unlikely) or trans shifter bushings etc. Many places for leakage. Don’t throw money at your old car. Find it first as it may be more than one leak. Good luck and let us know how you make out.

FYI. I need everything mentioned above as they all leaked at one time or another except rear main. Get a trustworthy shop. Many fixes are time consuming.

could be a simple fix like using a used crush washer.

Just got the verdict: the hose between the power steering reservoir and the pump is leaking. Part should arrive Friday. They quoted me $450 fitted

Late reply, but $450 for a hose seems high even for a Lexus dealer, although my hood cable was over $500 last year, $350+ of which was labor. Did they tell you if that was the part, replacement time, diagnostic time? I have started watching some car repair videos online where mechanics quote labor rates in their shop of $90-$140. But here on Long Island in NY even an independent (chain like Firestone) quotes $200 and i was shocked when the dealer last year told me $270. The dealer has always been a premium price and brakes and such were quoted fixed price to me (still not cheap) but I had not been to a dealer in nearly two years: I don't need them for oil changes and air filters and for other fluids they have always been ok-ish on prices. I really think I need a good independent mechanic if I knew and trusted one and knew they used decent parts. Sometimes the convenience of a loaner has led me to dealer, but with a third vehicle now, that is less important.
