I might be using the wrong terminology but that hose your arrow points to that connects to your intake is part of your crankcase ventilation system, when I swapped out the whole intake for an AEM CAI it had a bit of oil in it, which is normal.
The point your blue arrow points to is within the red circle on the attached crankcase ventilation system drawing. Note that the gas identified by yellow arrows originates from the high-pressure side of the turbocharger, so will be under pressure during some operating conditions. If the hose clamp is not sealing adequately, there could be some oil seepage there. You might try replacing the factory clamp with a stainless steel worm gear clamp.
