Does anyone still have theirs? I had no idea they came on our cars and never seen a 430 with one. Recently changed my dead battery with a new AGM and discovered it was a thing

They must get trashed and thrown out quick

 

I still have mine, but it does seem kind of useless and makes it harder to pick up batteries that don't have a handle. I guess it spreads the force from the battery clamps to ensure that they don't puncture the battery.

 

I still have mine also. Car is on its third battery and the cover is useless.
