Default Pcv Valve question

2006 ML with 140k miles. I’d like to change my Pcv valve and hoses. I already have the Pcv Valve (12204-50030) and ventilation hose (12261-50050). Should I also do the ventilation valve cover (12236-50010) and ventilation hose no. 2 (12262-50060)? I’m pretty sure nothings ever been replaced

I would replace all hoses since they are probably 18 years old now.

I have all of these sitting around. All said and done, you're into it for like $130 with all of the hoses. Partsouq had all of them. Be advised that some models have a green check valve while some don't. My 06 does not which required a different hose.

This is most of them. I got these last year and still haven't installed them. Will do it when I do the timing belt and valve cover gaskets in the near future.

Wow! Does anyone happen to have all the hose part numbers? I replaced the radiator hoses when I put a new radiator and thermostat in a few months ago.

@Romanova are all those hoses near the pcv valve or everywhere in the engine bay?

That looks like a mix of hoses for the PCV and the coolant hoses around the throttle body. My PCV hose was super hard and falling apart, so I just ended up using 3/8 fuel injection hose that I had on hand and have had no issues with.

There is an exhaustive thread here about it somewhere. Some of these are PCV, some are emissions, some are coolant. I looked at what I had in my car and then just started ordering from Partsouq.

Here is what I ordered for my 06:
1 9091012259 VALVE, DUTY VACUUM SWITCHING Toyota 39.13$ 1 1 39.13$
2 2382650030 HOSE, FUEL VAPOR FEED, NO.1 Toyota 1.68$ 1 1 1.68$
3 2382950140 HOSE, FUEL VAPOR FEED Toyota 10.93$ 1 1 10.93$
4 1629550070 HOSE, WATER BY-PASS, NO.7 Toyota 3.72$ 1 1 3.72$
5 1626150090 HOSE, WATER BY-PASS Toyota 3.90$ 1 1 3.90$
6 1629650030 HOSE, WATER BY-PASS, NO.1 Toyota 3.91$ 1 1 3.91$
7 1226250060 HOSE, VENTILATION, NO.2 Toyota 9.37$ 1 1 9.37$
8 2382950070 HOSE, FUEL VAPOR FEED Toyota 15.91$ 1 1 15.91$
9 2571931010 PIPE, FUEL VAPOR FEED Toyota 7.90$ 1 0 0.00$
10 1223650010 COVER, VENTILATION VALVE Toyota 2.07$ 1 1 2.07$
11 1226150050 HOSE, VENTILATION Toyota 12.35$ 1 1 12.35$ Items 102.97$

I didn't order the PCV because I'd already replaced it.

The subgroups you want on any parts diagram are 1201:Ventilation Hose and 1708: Vacuum Piping. I also used 1603: Radiator & Water Outlet.
