The timing belt has to be the issue, this sounds like ****ing tractor. Replace belt.

Sounds like a lubrication issue to me.

What does your oil level look like? When was it changed last? Is it the correct viscosity?

+1 for the lubrication issue.
How long has it been sitting?
After sitting for many weeks, UZ engines tend to sound like that way but it becomes normal within a minute or less.

could be a lot of things. take the serpentine belt off and spin each component individually (alternator, ac , tensioner, etc.) see if the bearings in them seem bad. rule out the easiest things first.

Sounds to me like it is way louder on the left side of the vehicle, but it's idling fine so I doubt it is the timing belt.
Could be a crack in a header on that side, or maybe one of the bolts holding the CAT on has given up and the CAT is vibrating against the header?
It's metal on metal, so I really would not drive it far until you figure it out.

My oil level is fine, but the car has been sitting very long time like over a year because I couldn't figure out what was wrong with a leak in my evap. I FINALLY did a smoke test recently and found out where it was coming from the ACIS Actuator? Would that have anything to do with this noise??

a disconnected hose at the purge valve makes that noise. would explain your evap problem
