Default ticking coming from driver front rotor

my friend has a lowered 04’ 430 and he got these 19” vienna kries and ever since he put them on theres been a ticking sound (worsens when he turns right), im not sure if it is coming from the inside of the rotor or the caliper, we took the wheel off and spun it w/o the wheel on and no sound even did it while it was turned, the wheel doesn’t have any imperfections from what i saw no cracks, good tire, heres a video of the sound we are hearing.

Hard to tell from 7 seconds of video. Maybe the axle is stressed due to angle change, or could be a wheel bearing. Car has wheel spacers?

car does have 5 ml spacers in the front, could a wheel bearing make that kind of noise though?

Maybe. Whatever the source, it's created by rotation that doesn't leave much else besides the bearing and axle.

we are going to try putting a stock wheel on and see if still makes a clicking sound. if it isnt the wheels my guess is the axle and or wheel bearing like you said. which will more then difficult to replace lol

I just had a similar clicking noise from both rear sides. Turns out it was the 15mm wheel spacers.

Not a popular opinion but spacers should never be used.

Very unlikely to be the brake rotor or caliper.
Sounds to me like something is rattling around inside the wheel.
Since they are split-rims it could be something in between the hub and the rim.
