Low Tire error

Never seen it in my 2002.... Not sure If it even has it in 2002's...
Unless someone can correct me, I don't believe the LS430 uses tire sensors, but makes an estimate on tire pressure based on rotational readings from the ABS. You probably need to initialize the system after setting pressures correctly using the button under the driver's side dash board.

You need to set your tyre pressures to what you want them to be.
Then once all 4 are set turn the ignition on (but don't start the car) and press and hold the TPS Reset button until it beeps and shows the Reset on the instruments.
Once done, Over the next 60 or so miles it will learn the rolling radius of your tyres and should only show the warning if one of them gets low.
You will need to repeat this process every time you get new tyres or change your tyre pressures, but it only takes a few seconds.

In that case you have different rolling radii on one or more of your tyres.
Do you have different size wheels/tyres or even mixed brand tyres on the car.
The system is detecting a serious difference between the rolling radius of one of the tyres for some reason.
It could also be a failed sensor but that normally throws a different error.

Tire pressure warning system must be initialized after tires or wheels have been replaced or rotated, or after adjusting tire pressure.
Park the vehicle with the parking brake applied and turn the ignition switch to “LOCK”.
Adjust the pressure of all the tires to the specified level.
Turn the ignition switch on.*
Push and hold the reset switch until “Pressure Initial” appears in the multi-information display.**
Drive your vehicle for more than one hour or at speeds of 19 mph (30 km/h) or over.
If you make a mistake in the middle of initialization, perform the operation again from the beginning.
*:If “Low Tire” appears in the multi-information display, push the “RESET” switch for a few seconds and make sure the warning message disappears.
**:If “Pressure Initial” does not appear when the reset switch is held down, the system may be malfunctioning.

This happened to me about a couple of months ago. Couldn’t patch the tire so got a new one and reset the dash notification. I’ve gotten it a few times since then and it’s getting on my nerves. I’ll reset it and get it back a week or 2 later!

When you reset the TPS, do you also check the pressures before you reset and are they close to what you last set them to?
Do you have the same model tyres on all 4 corners?
If the warning is showing it is because the rolling radius of at least one tyre has decreased more than the others.
I had similar when I replaced a punctured tyre with a part worn of a different brand and I think it was because that tyre warmed up at a different rate to the other 3.

The LS430 system reads the rolling radius of each tyre relative to the others via the wheel speed (ABS) sensors and if the rolling radius decreases relative to the others, then it alerts you.
When you reset the system you then need to drive for at least an hour for it to learn the new relative rolling radius of each wheel.

This can be caused by a decrease in pressure, or a tyre that changes pressure when it warms up in a different way from the others, caused by having different tyres fitted.
More often it's because people don't follow the Reset procedure correctly.
It could also be caused by damaged/defective wheel speed sensors since that is what it uses to calculate the relative rolling radii of the tyres.
