Default 2000 Lexus LS400 Climate Control Issues

Hey I'm new to the forum. I have a 2000 Lexus LS400 I'm working on and 1 of the last problems I need to fix is the climate control. The CC comes on and the heat/ac works, but the lights are not working even though I put new LED's in them. Also the clock comes on but it doesn't show all of the digits. I'm wondering if this is able to be fixed or if I need to replace the CC?

Thanks

It's been more than a decade since I've checked the board and I don't remember the detail. But the reason why LEDs are also not OK is that there is a driver circuit somewhere on the board and it's dead. Bulbs are not directly driven by the +B 12V.

Is it a way to open it up and fix something on the circuit board?

If I remember correctly, there was a lamp driver circuit on the board. As an EE myself, I'd check it and fix it if possible. If it's not easy to fix, I'd add an alternate bypassing circuit something like this since the driver circuit only controls the current from the +B 12V to lamps.
