Just purchased a 91 ls400 and i knew the heater core had leaked and they capped it off. The a/c also does not work. compressor does not turn on. i dont want to doom the compressor right away because that may not be the problem. I know it controls climate set at a temperature automatically. i want to know what some of you may think the problem is. Could an inop. heater mess with climate control? i dont care about heater. haveing a/c would bve awesome.
