Default Fuse tap help

Hey everyone! First post on here. So I have a 1990 LS400 and I’m trying to hardwire my starlight headliner so they can be turned on when the car is off. I tried putting the add-a-circuit fuse tap in the dome light fuse but it doesn’t fit because of the 2 fuses on either side of it. Can someone tell me which fuses receive constant power? Couldn’t find anything online. Thank you

What is turn on and operating power consumption rating of your starlight headliner?

Any images of your project?

to be honest I’m not sure, currently I have the light projector plugged into the rear cigarette lighter port. Was trying to tap into a 10-15amp fuse but don’t know which ones always get power

Your bio shows UCF10-11 LS400
Does the light engine specify manufacturer power consumption on light engine unit serial tag or provide circuit/fusing requirements in installation instructions?

Where did you mount the light engine?

Unsure if early LS400's were pre-wired for mounting "car phone" transceiver unit in trunk as were later models.

Was your LS equipped with a CD changer in the trunk?
I believe it has continuous power.

What about the trunk light circuit?
Opening trunk lid turns on light when ignition is off.

Factory wiring diagram may help.
