Short to ground on power side. Tracing the short is gonna be difficult. Basically look for frayed wire along the way.

Check for harness close to the engine. Engine gets hot, melts the wire sleeving.

I found the wire sleeve that is connected to the engine block. And it does look frayed. How do I switch it out now? If you would provide me with an email or number I can text a pic to you. I think it would help out much easier. Thanks.

Disregard that last message. I didn't spot the problem yet.

EFI fuse - have you tried unplugging the fuel pump and seeing if it still pops the fuse right away? That would be my first guess...

If thats not it, need to know what year make and model so we can trace power and start unplugging potential causes that are not wiring related... we can also see if there is a short to ground

It's a 1995 Sc 400. I have noticed that when the car does start the odometers take a minute to turn after it is running.

Being that my O2 sensor was bad and that it's wires were seared off. Can this be the possibility why the EFI fuse kept blowing? Please lmk
