I inherited a 2000 LS400 from my wife (she got a new car). My wife bought it a few years ago from an older person who bought it new. It's clean, but we were a bit disappointed just to find the cars front bumper began to sag after a few years. Obviously, the front bumper was jimmy rigged. to look good for the sale, but really butchered. I joined the forum because I love this car and want to connect with other owners who have the same passion for these vehicles. The bumper is really a sore thumb and I'm sure I'm not the first to ask how can I get a replacement?

Last time I saw it on lexus website it was over 600$ still, unpainted.... my suggestion is go to a junkyard and just have a shop paint it off the car, and then you put it back on.

Or...you can locate same year and color front bumper cover in a local yard...they are out there

I appreciate all the helpful replies. Yeah it's not easy finding a replacement part, but probably the best I can do is try to find one from a junkyard. Does anyone know if other years will fit (e.g. 1998, 1999, etc.) or does it have to be a 2000 specifically?
May take a while unless you paint to match.Ive been looking for a year here for a left front black fender and bumper cover for a 98-00.If you arent at pick and pull the day its listed its gone.My last one was three day old listing and I walked right past it,was a shell.
