with engine running on idle, black lead connected to GGND and red lead to VGS , reading is zero
Reading zero at VGS simply means that the ABS & VSC computer is not supplying DC5V or the line is grounded. I also worry that the voltage regulator in the computer is dead.

how to track the wire which suplies abs computer with 5v ? how to check if it is grounded? what next should i check pleas
The grounding can be checked simply measuring the resistance between those two pins. If not grounded, the 5V supply circuit may not be functioning and this needs you to analyse the voltage regulator but this requires you some good skills.
