Default Missing gear shifter piece


can anyone tell me what this part is called that I’m pointing to in the pic.I’m not sure what I would type in on google, I’ve tried everything I could think of. Thanks! (Was shifting to hard and it broke so I just took the whole thing out)

I finally found it, thanks. There goes 40 bucks. Hopefully it’s easy to install

it's a piece of plastic that slides with the gear selector.

you will need to remove the wood panel center console surrounding the shifter to access it.
just pry with a flat head screwdriver starting at the cupholder and work your way forward.

then it wont be an easy slip on, the shifter will probably need to be disassembled as well.
