Default Need Help with Rear Strut/spring installation

Hea guys, I was hoping one of you could fill me in on how to remove the back seat from my 90 LS400 so I could get to my rear struts.
Im also considering leaving what is currently on there, Tokico blues and eibach springs on the front and leaving the stock springs and struts in the back, i drove it like this today and it was very cool, and not very rough. I dont want the car to become more rough because of the roads around here and the tire to fender gaps are about equal as they are with the one inch front lowering. Im told that the front will sink another half inch when the springs and struts settle in, im just wondering if any of you would tell me if im going to do well with just the front lowered (there is not a noticible forward pitch to the car) . I like the feel of the handeling with the lowered front end and the brake feel... as well as the improved acceleration feel from the front. but im just wondering if someone could fill me in on what else i would get if i lowered the back too. and again, my main cry for help, how do i remove the back seat.... THANKS GUYS
