Rear Middle Seatbelt
The middle seatbelt in the rear of my 91 LS400 only goes around the waist. Is there a way for it to be replaced w/ a shoulderbelt?

That's just the way it is. I've never seen any car with a shoulder belt for the middle rear seat.

Here is a pic of the backseats of a 98 LS400 as you can see the middle seat has a shoulder belt.

I guess somehow get the 98 Shoulder bealt and bolt it on to your car, but it's going to be a ghetto rigg because it doesn't really belong on a 91

Im pretty sure I've seen models as early as 94 with middle shoulderbelts. What would be involved in putting those in my 91?

Call a Lexus Dealer and ask them what peices you might need to install a middle shoulder belt.
