What was the dominant factor in resulting you to fall in love with the Lexus brand? In other words, how did the lexus brand gain its recognition in your mind as a great choice for you? Was it, for example, thorough your watching a commercial/ad, your reading a roadtest, a recommendation from a friend, an actual testdrive, a coincidence, etc.... For example, in my case it happened to be a Car&Driver article from I think 1994, in which they compared the LS400 head to head with BMW, Jag, MB, Infiniti, and the LS400 came out the winner. That was THE changing moment for me, and I started to look at Lexus with a totally different vision (very positive, and as the best), and from then on I became interested in it, until now that I own one....
