1999 Lexus LS 400 knock sensor

I have a 1999 ls with bank one and two going off on my obd2 reader. What does it mean and how can I fix it?

Watch above for understanding the background if you are not familiar to the system.
Either the knock sensor, the wiring or the sensor circuit is malfunctioning or dead. I'd check the resistance and the waveform first at ECU pins. The pin B-#7 and #11 are connected to the sensor 1 and 2.
