93 ls400 electrical problem

93 ls400 electrical problem
hi was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this problem my car battery was bad so I bought a new one put it in and all of the sudden no dash lights radio or seats where working but my car still starts what's weird is I can't put the car in reverse drive or anything but the overhead lights come on and so does my trim lights I checked all the fuses and replaced the 3 blown ones but still nothing I can hear the buttons trying to work but nothing is working any suggestions?

Wow, kinda hard to follow this one.
1 new battery right???
2 engine starts right???
3 stuff doesn't work?
So then the polarity must have been messed up and goofed some things up? 3 blown fuses what were they for?
What buttons are trying to work?????
Please explain things in a more ordered way.
